Systems Engineer for Eurofighter Mission Data Evaluation System (d/f/m) (Electronic Warfare)

hirify.global develops and maintains ground support systems for Tornado, A400M, and Eurofighter aircraft platforms.

What you will do

• Analyze mission data and operational requirements for electronic warfare mission data validation.
• Define requirements for simulated aircraft components and submodules within the mission data validation environment.
• Integrate re-hosted and simulated software components into MaTE, the Eurofighter modelling and test environment.
• Support overall system design, development, documentation, and qualification.
• Collaborate with customers, the engineering team, and other aircraft development areas.

Requirements

• University degree in computer science, aeronautical engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience across all phases of the systems or software engineering lifecycle.
• Knowledge of defence avionics is required.
• Business-fluent English and German are required.
• Understanding of Jira, Confluence, IBM DOORS, Python, and Git.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with re-hosting embedded software.
• Experience with simulations and modelling.
• Experience with MaTE.
