Product Engineer (Aerospace)

Location: Bremen, Germany; flexible arrangement balancing remote and on-site work

What you will do

• Clarify and document product requirements and support technical specifications for systems, subsystems, equipment, and ground support equipment.
• Develop technical solutions and maintain interface definitions, data sheets, user manuals, and other engineering documentation.
• Coordinate design, development, integration, and testing with engineering disciplines, technical managers, and systems engineering.
• Prepare technical budgets, analyses, specifications, evaluation reports, and qualification activities at product, material, and component level.
• Define and maintain engineering processes, tools, and ground support equipment while collaborating with PA/QA on inspections, logbooks, and problem reports.

Requirements

• University degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the relevant engineering discipline, including conceptual design, simulation, analysis, and cross-disciplinary interface work.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and suppliers with a strong systems and process-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary, multicultural, and multilingual teams.
• Highly self-organized, structured, and systematic approach to work.
