Intern within Technology, Innovation & Services Flight Physics (d/f/m)

Location: Hamburg Finkenwerder, Germany; onsite at the hirify.global production site. Start date: 1 December 2026. Duration: 6 months.

Salary: EUR 750 gross per month. Working time: 35 hours per week with flexitime.

What you will do

• Develop, research, and prototype an original innovation proposal for a Flight Physics technical domain.
• Work with technical specialists and align the project with the broader technology and innovation strategy.
• Support the transnational innovation campaign and contribute to an open-minded innovation culture.
• Benchmark industry practices and research emerging technology trends.
• Evaluate tools and frameworks that can strengthen Flight Physics capabilities.
• Prepare a high-level roadmap for scouting, prototyping, or implementing the idea within six months.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in aerospace or aeronautical engineering, industrial engineering, technology management, business informatics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with an independent and proactive approach.
• Strong interest in innovation management or digital engineering solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Basic programming or development skills, such as Python or web and data management tools.
• German language skills are beneficial.
