Property Services Lead

Location: UK-based hybrid role with travel across sites and Head Office in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk

What you will do

• Lead capital investment, repairs, and maintenance programmes across the Pub Partners estate.
• Build and manage investment, repair, and asset optimisation pipelines with divisional leadership, finance, and property teams.
• Oversee capital expenditure and maintenance budgets, financial controls, and reporting.
• Lead, coach, and develop Regional Surveyors and Apprentice Building Surveyors.
• Ensure projects meet company policies, statutory obligations, Pubs Code requirements, agreed budgets, and delivery timelines.
• Represent the Property function at divisional executive level and collaborate with suppliers and external partners.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in property, construction, asset management, or estate management.
• Proven experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Significant experience delivering capital investment programmes and managing repairs and maintenance budgets.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, leisure, or multi-site operational businesses.
• Strong commercial, analytical, planning, organisational, project management, and decision-making skills.
• Professional qualification such as RICS, CIOB, MEng, MBEng, or equivalent industry experience is preferred.
