Property Manager (UK Residential Lettings) - 6 months

Location: Barnt Green, Birmingham; office-based 5 days a week

hirify.global is building an AI operating system for residential lettings, using agency networks and real-world property data to improve rental operations and customer service.

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day operation of a dedicated residential property portfolio.
• Act as the main point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors.
• Coordinate maintenance, compliance, move-outs, and property inspections.
• Negotiate deposit deductions and refer disputes to TDS when required.
• Resolve landlord, tenant, and contractor issues professionally and promptly.
• Work with lettings and other departments to support smooth move-out to move-in transitions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of UK property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK lettings regulations, safety legislation, and housing standards.
• Clear, professional, and confident communication skills, including handling difficult conversations.
• Ability to learn new technologies, processes, and systems quickly.
• Strong organisation and resilience when managing a busy workload.
• Availability to work from the Barnt Green office five days a week, Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm.

Nice to have

• Experience in a technology-enabled environment or with multiple CRMs.
• Regular use of ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
