Events & Reservations Manager (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Manage reservations, events enquiries, group accommodation bookings, and event requirements.
• Drive bedroom, meetings, and events revenue through conversion and upselling.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and local businesses.
• Coordinate with Revenue, Sales, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Operations teams.
• Maintain function sheets, monitor booking trends and forecasts, and keep reservation data accurate in Opera PMS.
• Handle guest and client feedback, lead the team, and develop client loyalty.

Requirements

• Previous experience in reservations, meetings and events, or hotel sales.
• Strong commercial awareness and a revenue-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for hospitality and exceptional guest experiences.
• Opera PMS knowledge is highly desirable; supervisory or management experience is preferred.
