Chartered Surveyor Apprentice (Real Estate)

Location: United Kingdom. Overseas travel is required, and a valid passport is necessary.

What you will do

• Support the Property Manager with lease and contract reviews and negotiations.
• Support the acquisition and disposal of sites worldwide, including required overseas travel.
• Work with internal and external legal counsel, brokers, consultants, and Smiths' global real estate partner.
• Provide oversight for major fit-out and premises capital expenditure projects.
• Advise site leaders on property-related issues and maintain property records and data.
• Collate information for progress calls and complete day-to-day administrative property tasks.

Requirements

• Commitment to learning and working at the same time.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Decision-making, influencing, teamwork, communication, time-management, and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• 5 GCSEs at grade 5 or above, including English and Maths.
• A bachelor's degree with honours at 2:1 or equivalent, preferably in a STEM subject; a valid passport is required for overseas travel.
