Chartered Surveyor Apprentice (Real Estate Management)

Location: Slough, UK; overseas travel is required.

What you will do

• Support the Property Manager with occupational property portfolio activities.
• Liaise with the global real estate partner, external brokers, specialist consultants, site leaders, and legal counsel.
• Review and negotiate leases and contracts.
• Support worldwide acquisition and disposal of sites, including required overseas travel.
• Assist with major fit-out and premises Capex projects.
• Maintain property records, collate progress information, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Valid passport required because overseas travel is part of the role.
• Five GCSEs at grade 5 or above, including English and Maths.
• Bachelor’s degree with honours at 2:1 or equivalent, preferably in a STEM subject.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Strong communication, teamwork, influencing, decision-making, organisational, and time-management skills.
• Commitment to learning and working simultaneously, with strong attention to detail.
