Sub Region Property Manager (Corporate Real Estate)

What you will do

• Execute regional property management, facilities management, and maintenance strategies across UK&I sites.
• Define maintenance, repair, modernization, construction, and fit-out measures while controlling costs.
• Select, commission, and manage facility management, facility services, and security subcontractors against agreed SLAs.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, operational risks, emergency management, and compliance with EHS and legal requirements.
• Control the regional budget, track savings, improve processes, and maintain reliable property management data for reporting and forecasting.
• Lead and develop the regional Property Management team while acting as deputy to the Head of Asset Management.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate Management, including property or facility management.
• MRICS qualification and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Corporate Real Estate or Facility Management.
• Experience with property operations, facility management, construction and project management, and vendor and contract management.
• Proven team leadership, talent development, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, risk mitigation, EHS compliance, process optimization, and property software skills.
