What you will do

• Prepare credit memorandums and internal approval materials.
• Conduct credit analysis, financial analysis, financial modellhirify.global, and sensitivity testhirify.global.
• Support transaction managers with deal execution and stakeholder coordination.
• Assist with due diligence and review transaction-related information.
• Support live financhirify.global mandates throughout the deal lifecycle in collaboration with sector bankers, relationship managers, and transaction managers.

Requirements

• Be a penultimate- or final-year undergraduate student pursuhirify.global a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounthirify.global, management, engineerhirify.global, or a similar field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Interest in corporate bankhirify.global, project finance, structured finance, lendhirify.global, or the sectors covered by the team.
• Good understandhirify.global of financial statements and corporate finance concepts.
• Solid financial analysis and modellhirify.global skills, includhirify.global the ability to develop and maintain complex financial projections.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with compethirify.global priorities.

Nice to have

• Prior experience or exposure to specialised lendhirify.global, includhirify.global project finance, cash-flow-based finance, or asset-based finance.
