What you will do

• Handle enquiries from clients and customers by email, telephone, and internal systems.
• Create, maintain, and efficiently manage project documentation.
• Work with internal teams, field engineers, and client representatives to support smooth project delivery.
• Support the Commercial team with project cost control.

Requirements

• Available to start full-time work by November or December 2026.
• Five GCSEs at Grade 9–4/A*–C, including English and Mathematics.
• Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good organisation, time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Commitment to completing the apprenticeship programme and following company values.
