Lead EI&C Project Engineer (Energy)

Location: Poland; Engineering department in Warsaw. The role includes approximately 20% travel.

What you will do

• Engineer, design, and optimize electrical, instrumentation, and control equipment and systems for power plant installations.
• Prepare and maintain circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Select and specify sensors, actuators, measuring devices, and control components.
• Program and parameterize PLC and HMI systems for multi-engine plants.
• Plan and support commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, inspections, and system improvements.
• Define control-system programming requirements and coordinate with internal specialists, suppliers, and service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Dipl.-Ing., or master’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the energy sector, including EI&C, automation, or industrial plant engineering.
• Knowledge of instrumentation and control technology, electrical engineering, design, process control systems, and field instrumentation.
• Experience with PLC systems such as B&R, Siemens, or Beckhoff, including coding, and knowledge of CAE tools such as EPLAN.
• Fluent English and Polish are required.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and follow applicable standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
