GIS Maintenance and Repair Specialist

Location: Poland; candidates may be based anywhere across Poland, with work on international project assignments and offshore sites. Travel abroad is required for 80–90% of the time.

What you will do

• Conduct on-site mechanical and electrical maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of GIS equipment.
• Perform inspections, risk assessments, and compliance checks against safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with customers, project teams, partners, and maintenance teams to ensure efficient execution and continuity of power transmission.
• Provide technical support and training to local teams and clients.
• Document findings, prepare reports, and communicate technical information to stakeholders.
• Adapt to different working conditions and cultures while maintaining high health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent technical experience.
• Hands-on approach and strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness and availability to travel abroad 80–90% of the time.
• Fluent English with outstanding communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and motivation for continuous learning and professional growth.
