GIS Commissioning Specialist

Location: Poland, with applications accepted across the country; the role involves international project assignments and 80–90% travel abroad.

What you will do

• Commission gas-insulated switchgear systems according to design specifications and industry standards.
• Perform pre-commissioning inspections, functional tests, and performance tests on electrical systems.
• Document test results, identify discrepancies, and prepare commissioning reports.
• Collaborate with project teams to support timely and efficient project execution.
• Conduct risk assessments, follow safety protocols, and maintain safe working conditions.
• Provide technical support and training to local teams and clients.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent technical experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to engineering challenges.
• Willingness and availability to travel abroad 80–90% of the time.
• Fluent English and outstanding communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and interest in continuous professional development.
