Data Analyst (AI)

Location: Barcelona, Spain — hybrid, with 3 days per week at the office in Poblenou and 2 days remote

What you will do

• Define the KPIs used across the business and establish consistent calculation standards.
• Build data models and dashboards from call, debt, and payment data.
• Automate multi-currency invoicing for banking customers.
• Design and analyze experiments to measure genuine improvements in recovery rates.
• Investigate anomalous metrics, identify root causes, and fix data issues at the source.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and a precise, rigorous approach to metrics and models.
• Fluency in SQL and Python.
• Experience creating metrics and models used to support business decisions.
• STEM degree and a strong academic record.
• Ability to use AI tools for automation while maintaining rigorous quality control.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Barcelona, with regular office attendance.
