Portfolio Data Analyst (Investment Data)

Location: Madrid, Spain. Hybrid work with four days in-office each week in most locations.

Base salary: €29,000–€39,000 per year, plus a 5% annual bonus target.

What you will do

• Collect and maintain portfolio and managed-investment data across global markets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and coverage.
• Meet production deadlines for internal and external clients while collaborating with global data teams and local business representatives.
• Evaluate procedures, enhance analytical tools, and implement process-improvement and automation projects using Lean Six Sigma methods.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on investment data points and calculations, responding to questions and escalations.
• Maintain relationships with fund companies, clients, and third-party data providers.
• Test incoming portfolio templates, support portfolio capabilities, and handle Portfolio Data Transfer Agreements in collaboration with Legal and fund companies.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience at hirify.global, ideally in data management.
• Solid understanding of the financial industry and strong interest in investment data.
• Expertise in hirify.global data, methodology, quality standards, and processes.
• Strong knowledge of derivative investments.
• Excellent writing, communication, problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and time-management skills, including the ability to manage high volumes of data and strict deadlines.
• Fluent English and at least one additional European language are mandatory.
