Data Analyst (SAS / SQL Programming) - German Speaker (Spain Remote)

What you will do

• Perform recurring and ad hoc strategic analyses on qualitative and quantitative data.
• Analyze longitudinal patient and prescription datasets to identify trends, conclusions, and actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate secondary data covering markets, physicians, pharmacists, patients, and competitive products.
• Collaborate with pharmaceutical clients’ business intelligence units and project managers.
• Create reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.

Requirements

• Degree in life sciences, public health, health economics, bioinformatics, mathematics, statistics, epidemiology, or a comparable field.
• Relevant experience in data analysis, biostatistics, or epidemiology.
• Excellent knowledge of at least one statistical programming language; SAS and healthcare data analysis are preferred.
• Confident German and English communication with clients, both orally and in writing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, customer-oriented, and solution-oriented skills.
• Proficiency with Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary project team.

Nice to have

• Programming experience in SAS.
• Experience with database studies, data mining, databases, and analytical software tools.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Experience with big data.
