CSP Senior Planner (Supply Chain Reporting)

Location: Barcelona Hub, Spain; hybrid arrangement with the option to work remotely up to 50% of the month.

What you will do

• Develop and automate reporting and planning solutions using Python, SQL, databases, and Power BI.
• Build tools and reports that convert complex planning data into actionable information.
• Support ETL integrations across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, Oracle, SQL databases, local files, SharePoint, and Power BI dataflows.
• Maintain and troubleshoot business-critical reporting, automation, and data solutions.
• Support inventory reporting, material call-offs, cash, VAR, destructions, and discontinuation processes.
• Partner with Planning, Finance, Quality, and IT functions to improve process efficiency and data reliability.

Requirements

• Approximately 7 years of experience in SQL, databases, data automation, reporting, BI, or similar technical environments.
• Strong practical experience with SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and process automation.
• Knowledge of relational data structures, data modelling, and ETL processes.
• Experience developing or maintaining reporting and automation solutions, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, DAX, or Power Automate.
• Experience with SAP and Supply Chain or Planning processes.
• Data engineering skills or experience developing Power BI dashboards.
