About the Role

You will build Salesforce pipeline reports, forecasts, and dashboards for leadership. You will perform financial reporting, data modeling, and variance analysis; validate Salesforce data; support opportunity workflows; recommend reporting and automation improvements; and partner with other departments on operational needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Five or more years of experience in revenue operations, sales or business-development operations, or financial analysis
• Advanced Salesforce reporting and dashboard proficiency
• Experience with sales or business-development forecasting and financial reporting
• Excel skills including pivot tables and multi-source data analysis
• Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP
• Experience leading cross-functional projects
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• Travel up to 10%, including possible overnight travel

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Salesforce pipeline reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards
• Perform financial reporting, data modeling, and variance analysis
• Extract and validate Salesforce data
• Support opportunity workflows and partner on Salesforce configuration changes
• Recommend workflow, automation, and reporting-infrastructure improvements
• Collaborate across departments on operational needs
