Senior Lead Analyst Forecasting

What you will do

• Consolidate, standardize, clean, and format data from multiple sources using Excel, macros, and database tools.
• Perform calculations, descriptive analytics, comparative analysis, and trend analysis to support forecasting and demand planning.
• Create charts, histograms, summaries, reports, and presentations for Marketing, Operations, Sales, and regional stakeholders.
• Participate in regional forecast reviews and present sales forecasts, gaps, customer trends, product-family trends, and key drivers.
• Conduct pre-SOP demand review meetings with the sales team to support production planning.
• Support customer, supplier, and item creation, shipment availability checks, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering; Information Technology or Computer Science is an advantage.
• At least two years of experience in supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, plant operations, product analysis, or planning systems in an industrial setting.
• Experience handling hirify.global products for approximately 18 months to two years.
• Experience with Sigma, Oracle, Demantra, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access, and SQL.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required. Willingness to work shifting operations, including weekends with scheduled days off, is required.

Nice to have

• Background in offshore service operations.
• Ability to speak or write another language.
• Experience with Information Technology or Computer Science.
