Inventory Analyst (Virtual Assistant)

hirify.global is a direct-to-consumer wellness company that produces mushroom coffee and is expanding across mass retail and multiple sales channels.

What you will do

• Reconcile NetSuite inventory balances with reports from co-manufacturers across multiple locations.
• Review production and consumption reports, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions with manufacturing partners.
• Track inbound shipments and escalate delays, quantity variances, damages, and unreported inventory movements.
• Execute and audit assembly builds, inventory adjustments, item receipts, transfers, and returns in NetSuite.
• Validate bills of materials, transaction details, and alignment between system records and physical inventory movements.
• Build recurring inventory reports, analyze usage trends, support month-end close, and document variance explanations for accounting and audits.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in inventory, supply chain, ecommerce operations, or transactional accounting.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, including assembly builds, item receipts, transfers, inventory adjustments, and saved searches.
• Experience reconciling internal inventory records with third-party reporting from co-manufacturers, contract manufacturers, or outsourced warehouses.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and large datasets.
• Strong written English, careful numerical accuracy, independent work habits, and willingness to escalate issues early.
• Reliable internet connection and a computer suitable for full-time remote work from the Philippines.

Nice to have

• Experience in DTC, ecommerce, CPG, food, or beverage environments.
• Exposure to co-packing, contract manufacturing, BOM structures, or kitting operations.
• Experience with month-end or year-end inventory close.
• Experience with NetSuite Inventory and Manufacturing modules, multi-location inventory, work orders, assembly items, saved searches, and reports.
• Comfort using Slack alongside NetSuite and Excel or Google Sheets.
