What you will do

• Lead Data and AI success management for the GXI Commercial business unit.
• Influence and engage stakeholders to secure buy-in and support for analytics initiatives.
• Identify the business value of Data and AI and understand operational metrics affecting profit and loss, revenue, and customer retention.
• Direct analytics initiatives from ideation through production and adoption.
• Navigate technical and organizational roadblocks using structured problem-solving and business acumen.

Requirements

• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and business acumen skills.
• Understanding of quantitative analytics, structured problem-solving, and operational business metrics.
• Mastery of process management and the analytics initiative lifecycle.
• SQL proficiency is required.
• Knowledge of relational databases, data visualization, data storytelling, statistical modeling, data management programming languages, data warehousing, and data modeling.

Nice to have

• Python knowledge.
• Formal STEM education or self-taught STEM knowledge.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or AWS QuickSight.
