What you will do

• Influence and engage stakeholders to secure buy-in and support for data and AI initiatives.
• Identify the business value of data and AI within the assigned commercial business unit.
• Direct analytics initiatives from ideation through production and adoption.
• Monitor operational metrics and assess their impact on profit and loss, revenue, and customer retention.
• Navigate technical and organizational roadblocks across the analytics initiative life cycle.

Requirements

• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of operational metrics.
• General technical fluency in quantitative analytics and structured problem solving.
• Understanding of relational databases, data visualization, data storytelling, statistical modeling, data warehousing, and data modeling.
• SQL proficiency is required.
• A formal STEM background or self-taught STEM knowledge may be applicable.

Nice to have

• Python knowledge.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, AWS QuickSight, R, or related tools and languages.
