Sr. Solutions Architect (Data & AI)

Location: Seattle, Washington or the San Francisco Bay Area, California

Salary: $219,100–$301,300 USD annually, depending on pay zone and candidate factors.

What you will do

• Define and direct technical strategies for large enterprise accounts in partnership with Enterprise Account Executives.
• Act as the primary technical voice for multiple clients and guide their evaluation and adoption of Databricks.
• Lead data-driven transformation initiatives and expand the use of ML and AI across relevant business use cases.
• Align account strategies around Databricks solutions and build networks of technical champions.
• Establish virtual teams, lead them to success, and mentor other team members.
• Present technical points of view to executives and key decision-makers.

Requirements

• Successful pre-sales experience helping large enterprises become more data-driven.
• Experience with very large global accounts exceeding $1 million ARR.
• Technical expertise in big data, data science, cloud, and data-driven business transformation.
• Experience forming relationships with executives and influencers and leading technical strategies.
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Ability to establish and lead virtual teams within enterprise accounts.
