What you will do

• Lead the setup and execution of retail market insight projects, including compiling, analyzing, and interpreting sales data.
• Prepare client reports, construct presentations, and deliver external presentations.
• Supervise project management stages and monitor performance against quality and delivery standards.
• Consult with clients, address general concerns, and provide actionable recommendations to drive satisfaction.
• Manage team performance, training, development, feedback, and work allocation according to capacity, skills, and aspirations.
• Develop strategic understanding of industry trends, competition, growth opportunities, and brand strategy.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional work experience.
• Experience managing people, with demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
• Strong Business English knowledge in verbal and written communication; local language may also be required.
• Strong communication, business, financial, and project management skills.
• Experience working in digital-enabled and virtual environments.
