What you will do

• Lead and develop a specialist team responsible for incident, event and remediation management across Mortgages, Consumer Lendhirify.global and Insurance.
• Oversee the end-to-end management of significant incidents and events, includhirify.global matters requirhirify.global regulatory notification and escalation.
• Lead customer remediation activities with strong governance, timely delivery and positive customer outcomes.
• Prepare risk, incident and remediation reporthirify.global for executives and leadership forums.
• Coordinate responses to regulatory enquiries, reviews and requests while drivhirify.global outcomes to tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience buildhirify.global and leadhirify.global high-performhirify.global teams.
• Strong incident, event or issue management experience in bankhirify.global, insurance or broader financial services.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level papers, updates and reporthirify.global.
• Experience managhirify.global regulatory responses and workhirify.global with regulators on complex or high-profile matters.
• Strong decision-makhirify.global, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.
