Project Manager (IT Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Lead and deliver multiple IT infrastructure projects across existing and new managed services client engagements throughout New South Wales.
• Manage projects within approved scope, quality, time, and cost constraints using client and hirify.global PMO methodologies and tools.
• Coordinate business partners, technology partners, project teams, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide formal status reporting to business partners, program managers, steering committees, and relevant leads.
• Manage project artefacts, risks, issues, change requests, workshops, deliverables, and project sign-off.
• Ensure projects achieve user buy-in, meet customer expectations, and deliver fit-for-purpose outcomes.

Requirements

• Onsite work in Sydney is required.
• Baseline security clearance is required.
• At least 7 years of technology project management experience.
• Experience working for an IT integrator or managed services provider and running IT infrastructure projects.
• Commercial experience with a strong understanding of revenue, profit, and consultancy business finances.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, team-building, workshop facilitation, risk management, conflict resolution, and structured decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Formal project management qualifications.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, change management, lessons learned, and stakeholder engagement.
