Project IT Manager

Location: Sydney, Australia

Salary: AUD 180,000–200,000 per annum

hirify.global is hiring for a project management role supporting construction project delivery.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain detailed construction programs using MS Project or equivalent scheduling software.
• Manage resources, critical path activities, project risks, progress reporting, and EPC design deliverables.
• Control project expenditure, prepare Cost to Complete forecasts, manage cash flow, and administer variations.
• Manage head contracts and subcontract agreements, including notices, RFIs, claims, and extension of time submissions.
• Coordinate permits, approvals, inspection and test plans, safety activities, quality plans, NCR resolution, and defect closeout.
• Engage and manage specialist subcontractors across civil, structural, electrical, commissioning, and vegetation management disciplines.

Requirements

• Experience managing construction programs, budgets, contracts, subcontractors, and project risks.
• Proficiency with MS Project or equivalent scheduling software.
• Ability to prepare cost forecasts, earned value analysis, cash-flow reporting, and project progress reports.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, permits, Inspection and Test Plans, relevant AS/NZS standards, grid connection requirements, and building codes.
• Ability to coordinate clients, Superintendents, EPC design partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and senior leadership.
