What you will do
- Manage client inquiries and requests across investment accounting, asset classes, and financial markets.
- Provide timely and accurate information on financial statements and analytics reporting.
- Complete operational tasks including account setup, client lockdowns, compliance, and reconciliation validation.
- Collaborate directly with clients to build relationships and improve their experience.
- Validate investment data against third-party market data and reconcile investment transactions using internal tools.
- Prioritize workflows using productivity and quality metrics while contributing to long-term team and client projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of investment accounting, financial statements, amortization, interest income, and related accounting concepts.
- Finance or accounting experience is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail, documentation, verbal and written communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
