About the Role

You will optimize the full trading stack for latency, reliability, and efficiency. You will debug kernel-level systems, tune network stacks, benchmark hardware, profile live systems, build monitoring tools, deploy performance improvements, and collaborate with technical teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of low-latency hardware and software expertise
• Kernel Linux experience
• Network engineering and deep network knowledge
• Understanding of market data feeds, order books, and exchange-level protocols
• Experience with performance-testing tools and scripting

Responsibilities

• Optimize latency, reliability, and efficiency across the trading stack
• Perform kernel-level debugging, network optimization, and hardware benchmarking
• Monitor and profile live trading systems
• Create monitoring tools and identify bottlenecks
• Prototype, test, and deploy performance improvements
• Collaborate with trading, infrastructure, and software engineers
