Maintenance Planner (Industrial Maintenance)

Location: Eddyville, Iowa, USA. On-site industrial facility role. Schedule: 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with overtime as needed.

Salary: $32.79–$38.58 per hour, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Review equipment specifications and blueprints and estimate material and labor requirements.
• Develop job tasks, procedures, schedules, charts, and manpower and equipment requirements.
• Assist with specifying and ordering materials and participate in planning and scheduling meetings.
• Use SAP-PM and Microsoft Office to maintain data, reports, time accounting, and work orders.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel and support short- and long-range planning.
• Follow site, customer, and company safety procedures while working around machinery, chemicals, electrical hazards, noise, and other industrial conditions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of related procedural or data-entry experience.
• At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience and experience in maintenance planning.
• Experience with SAP, including the SAP-PM module, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical systems, office procedures, data coding, reporting, and account balancing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, use hand and power tools, operate forklifts or other vehicles, climb stairs and ladders, and wear a respirator.
• Ability to work on site in a safety-conscious, physically demanding industrial environment.
