Senior Financial Analyst, Finance for Innovation

Location: Brazil; remote role. Supports functional leadership primarily located in the United States and requires daily collaboration in an English-speaking finance environment.

What you will do

• Own the month-end close and monthly reporting cadence across Innovation portfolio cost centers, including IT/Infrastructure and Support.
• Act as the finance point of contact for functional business partners on spending and budget status.
• Build expense forecasts and analyze variance drivers for functional leadership.
• Develop financial models for strategic initiatives, customer support costs and productivity, and technology transformation programs.
• Apply AI tools to automate recurring reporting and analysis while improving speed and accuracy.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, ideally supporting multiple functional cost centers.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with recurring, deadline-driven reporting cycles.
• Ability to work independently on structured deliverables and escalate judgment calls appropriately.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Based in Brazil and comfortable working daily with US-based stakeholders across time zones.
• Professional English required for collaboration in an English-speaking finance environment.
