Sales & Business Development Associate

Location: Riverwoods, Illinois, USA; hybrid work with weekly attendance at a designated hirify.global office

Salary: $37,700–$63,200 USD per year, plus eligibility for commission

What you will do

• Generate qualified opportunities to support new profitable sales growth within an assigned territory.
• Prospect for new clients, build sales pipelines, and meet or exceed sales and weekly activity targets.
• Present product value propositions using consultative selling and persuasive communication techniques.
• Handle objections, identify customer opportunities, and hand off warm leads to Sales.
• Maintain product, industry, and competitive knowledge across the assigned portfolio.
• Document activities in the CRM and contribute to planning, forecasting, and marketing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to apply structured sales and business development processes.
• Strong listening, objection-handling, persuasive selling, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to attend the designated office weekly and appear onsite for parts of the interview process.
