Shift / Team Lead, Fusion Center Operations (3rd Shift)

Location: Foster City, California, United States. Workplace: On-site. Third shift: 11:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m., Friday–Tuesday or Thursday–Monday.

What you will do

• Lead rider operators, teleoperators, and mission control associates in executing short- and long-term operational targets.
• Act as a hands-on player/coach and first point of contact for service escalations.
• Support autonomous vehicle missions across a variety of operational roles.
• Improve safety, efficiency, and operational processes within Fleet Operations.
• Coordinate with Team Leads, Program Managers, and cross-functional teams across TeleGuidance, PMO, User Experience, and Product.
• Build expertise in proprietary TeleOps, Mission Control, and Rider Support software and support contractors with operational questions and assignments.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a highly collaborative environment with a strong teamwork focus.
• 3+ years of experience as an instructor or lead within an operations team in a highly cross-functional environment.
• Proven ability to solve problems and improve operational efficiency.
• Experience working in a complex technical environment.
• Proactive, resourceful approach with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of autonomous vehicle industry or operations experience.
