Global Workload Automation Delivery Engineer II (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Arlington, Texas, United States; onsite 2 days per week and remote 3 days per week. No visa sponsorship is available for this position.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and support batch jobs, workflows, and workload automation components using Tidal or similar scheduling software.
• Analyze automation needs with internal and external customers and deliver workflow solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve batch processing incidents, including participation in an on-call rotation.
• Optimize batch processing, reporting, access management, and IT SOX audit controls.
• Coordinate changes through review and approval processes and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Support users, collaborate across functions, and mentor less experienced engineers.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of workflow development and engineering experience with Tidal or similar job scheduling tools.
• Experience engineering batch jobs and workflows, with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to script in Unix, Linux, and Windows system interface languages; familiarity with Linux, Unix, AIX, and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with SQL scripting and knowledge of ITIL Service Management principles.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Must work in a hybrid arrangement with two days per week in the Arlington office; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
