Location: Sanford, North Carolina, United States. Onsite five days per week, with possible work from temporary offices during the facility transition. High travel of 50–75% may be required during construction planning, supplier reviews, equipment installation, commissioning, startup, and production ramp-up. US domestic relocation is available.
Salary: $159,120–$238,680 per year.

is developing a technology-enabled advanced manufacturing campus for compact track loaders and telehandlers, incorporating automation, robotics, digital production systems, and integrated logistics.
What you will do
- Coordinate IT teams, architects, service providers, vendors, and technical specialists to deliver technology aligned with enterprise standards and manufacturing needs.
- Support connected equipment, automation, production visibility, industrial data, analytics, and manufacturing systems.
- Align IT and operational technology requirements, ownership, cybersecurity, supportability, dependencies, and implementation risks.
- Translate manufacturing needs into implementation plans, operational priorities, governance, documentation, training, and support models.
- Evaluate platforms and vendors based on business value, technical feasibility, cybersecurity, safety, scalability, risk, and total cost of ownership.
- Lead the transition from project delivery to operational support and develop roadmaps for reliable long-term facility operations.
Requirements
- Experience leading complex IT programs, manufacturing technology deployments, site start-ups, or large-scale business transformations involving multiple teams and vendors.
- Ability to translate manufacturing and business outcomes into architecture decisions, trade-offs, dependencies, risks, and long-term plans.
- Experience guiding multidisciplinary teams toward secure, scalable, supportable, and practical solutions.
- Strong partnership and communication skills with business leaders, manufacturing stakeholders, engineers, technology teams, vendors, and systems integrators.
- Experience managing, coaching, mentoring, or directing technical professionals and leading organizational change.
- Must work onsite five days per week and be available for significant travel during facility launch activities.
Nice to have
- Experience with greenfield plants, facility expansions, infrastructure modernization, technology transformations, or complex site launches.
- Knowledge of industrial networking, edge computing, machine connectivity, factory automation, robotics, operational technology platforms, and manufacturing systems.
- Experience with operational technology cybersecurity, network segmentation, identity, asset visibility, secure remote access, resilience, disaster recovery, Zero Trust, or industrial cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with cloud or hybrid infrastructure, architecture frameworks, vendor evaluation, systems integrators, ISA-95, ISA/IEC 62443, or the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
