What you will do

• Oversee local IT and Operational Technology operations for the Garyville Refinery.
• Manage, mentor, develop, and evaluate staff while overseeing recruitment, retention, performance, and resource allocation.
• Plan and lead low- to medium-complexity IT projects, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery.
• Maintain the availability, reliability, security, redundancy, and segmentation of IT and refinery networks.
• Maintain, upgrade, and optimize critical process-control systems, including SCADA, DCS, and PLCs.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives involving IoT, edge computing, digital twins, field mobility, connectivity, vendors, and contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or another computer-related discipline.
• At least 10 years of diversified IT experience.
• At least 3 years of direct or indirect leadership experience.
• Experience with Operational Technology infrastructure is preferred.
• Experience with portfolio and product management in Agile or SAFe environments is preferred.
• Ability to manage cybersecurity, vulnerability assessments, incident response, NIST and IEC 62443 compliance, and applicable safety and environmental requirements.
