AI Transformation Lead

Location: Hybrid, based out of the San Francisco or Seattle hub, United States

Compensation: SF OTE $174K–$220.1K; other US locations OTE $156K–$198K. Equity and commission are offered.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of strategic customers and lead ROI and value-realization initiatives.
• Partner with Fortune 50–100 leadership teams to define AI transformation visions and jobs-to-be-done frameworks.
• Build trusted C-suite relationships and help executives prioritize AI adoption.
• Analyze surveys and interviews to quantify AI adoption impact on business outcomes and P&L.
• Orchestrate complex cross-functional programs, customer teams, escalations, risk mitigation, and program updates.
• Identify expansion opportunities and scale transformation practices through decks, frameworks, and communications.

Requirements

• 5–9 years of experience in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50–100 companies.
• Proven success building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale transformations.
• Mastery of change management, strategic thinking, vision setting, framework development, and translating capabilities into measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, including presenting to boards and resolving cross-functional conflicts.
• Professional background in management consulting or strategy advisory.
