Implementation Strategist (AI)

Location: Hybrid in the United States, preferably in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York, or Austin; travel up to 50% of the time

hirify.global is an AI research and product startup building infrastructure for autonomous, agentic AI systems and deploying agents at scale.

What you will do

• Analyze customer data to identify impactful, multi-step tasks suitable for automation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate AI agent solutions.
• Coordinate customer training and ensure effective product adoption.
• Build and deliver demos and present results to strategic audiences.
• Distill field learnings into the future vision of the H platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience selling and implementing complex IT solutions for customers.
• Fluency in at least one backend language such as Python, Go, Node.js, or Java, in addition to English.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, customer-facing environments and iterate quickly.
• Availability for hybrid work in the United States and travel for on-site deployments or customer engagements.

• Dual academic background in business and engineering.
• Technical experience with AI/ML systems.
