Manager, Market Access Consulting (Healthcare Analytics)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; full-time role with travel of approximately 10–25% as needed.

What you will do

• Lead multiple consulting projects involving strategic analyses of hirify.global and external healthcare data.
• Translate market, therapeutic, prescriber, patient, payer, and competitive data into actionable recommendations.
• Lead predictive modeling for contracting strategies, patient affordability programs, prescriber utilization, and brand performance.
• Prepare reports, presentations, project plans, proposals, and statements of work.
• Build client relationships through discussions, workshops, presentations, telephone, and email communication.
• Manage 5–10 junior colleagues, support recruiting, and contribute to interviews and follow-on business development.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in consulting, data analytics, or a related field.
• Project or team management experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Strong problem-solving, quantitative, communication, planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Interest in learning about the evolving healthcare industry and pharmaceutical market access.
• Excellent conversational and business English at C1 or C2 level, written and oral.
• Strong IT literacy, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; SQL is a plus.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• SQL experience.
