What you will do
- Support the creation and delivery of complex technology solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Configure systems, diagnose issues, monitor performance, and contribute to technical designs.
- Gather and document client business requirements, key performance indicators, and functional or technical requirements.
- Assist with technical engagement scoping, effort estimation, and information-system validation.
- Support priority projects through research, data analysis, standardized reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with technical leads, practice principals, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Four-year degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Typically 0–2 years of experience in implementation consultancy, customer support, focused technology areas, or a related field.
- Knowledge of solution architecture, technical design, software development, APIs, automation, and scalability.
- Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Java, Python, SQL, DevOps, Agile methodology, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
- Must be based in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico.
