Head of Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) – Mexico

What you will do

• Define and execute the strategic vision, growth agenda, annual plans, and operating priorities for VCA Mexico.
• Own financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, budgeting, resource utilization, and cost management.
• Identify consulting and analytics opportunities and partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing, and regional VCA leadership to expand the business.
• Build executive-level relationships with financial institutions, merchants, fintechs, governments, and other strategic clients.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of consulting and analytics engagements with measurable client and business impact.
• Lead a multidisciplinary organization, develop talent, and promote collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in management consulting, financial services, payments, analytics, strategy, or related industries.
• Experience leading large-scale consulting, advisory, analytics, or professional services organizations.
• Proven P&L accountability, revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and commercial execution experience.
• Strong strategic leadership, executive communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and business development skills.
• Ability to operate in highly matrixed, global organizations and influence C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• English and Spanish bilingual proficiency required; bachelor's degree required.
