Commercial Lending Intern (Fintech)

What you will do

• Collect and review borrower documentation, prepare credit memos, and perform preliminary financial analysis.
• Monitor existing commercial loan accounts, update client records, and track performance metrics.
• Support new client onboarding, enter application data, and coordinate processing with internal teams.
• Participate in lending strategy and client relationship management discussions.
• Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations for lending decisions and internal reviews.
• Follow internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Interest in commercial finance, client engagement, and strategic lending practices.
• Ability to support documentation review, financial analysis, loan monitoring, and client onboarding activities.
• Ability to work at the San Diego headquarters in the United States.
• Employment eligibility verification is required through the U.S. E-Verify program.
