What you will do

• Conduct thorough financial analysis and assessment of commercial credit requests of $2.5M or more.
• Perform loan reviews, cash flow analyses, and collateral valuations for borrowers and guarantors.
• Collaborate with relationship managers on customer calls and site visits.
• Run credit bureaus and background checks to evaluate creditworthiness and prevent fraud.
• Train and mentor new relationship managers and credit analysts on underwriting processes.
• Supervise the Credit Analysis Department in the manager's absence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• 5 to 8 years of professional credit analysis experience required.
• Must be based in Dallas, Texas.
• Strong proficiency in financial statements, ratios, and accounting principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
