Valuations Intern (Real Estate)

Location: Dallas, TX; full-time onsite work in the Dallas office is required for 10 weeks beginning in June 2027.

Base compensation: $25.00–$30.00 hourly.

hirify.global is a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company providing corporate services across finance, technology, human resources, and operations for real estate portfolio companies.

What you will do

• Deliver portfolio analytics summaries and property-level performance reporting to management teams.
• Prepare presentations and investment summaries for Blackstone, hirify.global, and portfolio company stakeholders.
• Gather market intelligence, including recent sales data and prevailing market conditions.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly property valuation models and portfolio analytics across asset classes.
• Review third-party reports and market studies to abstract relevant valuation data.
• Prepare leasing, operating, capital, and financing analyses for property investments.

Requirements

• Must be a current junior undergraduate student during the internship program.
• Pursuing a finance or business degree with a concentration in Real Estate.
• Minimum 3.2 GPA.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Must be able to work in Dallas full-time for 10 weeks beginning in June 2027.
