Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst

Location: Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States. Hybrid workstyle with attendance at a hirify.global office at least three days per week, including Monday or Friday. Travel is less than 25%.

hirify.global operates Service Catalog solutions and support across its organization through the ServiceNow platform.

What you will do

• Manage stakeholder intake, lead requirements discovery, shape solution direction, and drive outcomes across enterprise stakeholders.
• Collect requirements and design solutions for business processes and applications within ServiceNow.
• Translate business needs and technical complexity into actionable end-user agile stories, acceptance criteria, metrics, and goals.
• Coordinate business owners, product teams, and agile development teams on prioritization, trade-offs, testing, and feedback.
• Maintain issue logs, facilitate working sessions, manage dependencies, remove ambiguity, and support decision readiness.
• Contribute to process standards, Service Catalog governance, workflow modernization, risk reduction, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Solid background in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• 3–6 years of experience documenting and analyzing business processes as end-user agile stories.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, and ServiceNow processes.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, influence without authority, and communicate effectively with business and technical teams.
• High school education required.
• Work authorization sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

• Scrum Master skills.
