Financial Recovery Rep III (Commercial Middle Market)

Location: Columbus, OH; office workplace

Salary: $93,000–$189,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop resolution strategies for classified and special-asset loans across Middle Market, Large Corp, Mid Corp, and Sponsor Finance portfolios.
• Analyze financial plans and negotiate loan collections, restructurings, and other resolutions.
• Recommend and oversee litigation, liquidation, or loan charge-offs.
• Work with business-line loan officers to manage non-pass-rated borrowing relationships.
• Maintain effective controls and processes for risk measurement, monitoring, compliance, and audit performance.
• Coach less experienced employees and support training when applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in commercial underwriting, lending, or credit.
• Experience working with moderately large and complex loans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, urgency, and client-service orientation.
• Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven, goal-oriented team environment.
• Basic knowledge of PC applications and commitment to applicable banking policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
