Senior Technical Consultant (Systems Integrations, AI, RESTful APIs & React)

What you will do

• Lead investigations and resolution of complex, ambiguous, or high-impact technical issues from discovery through closure.
• Perform root-cause analysis across applications, APIs, integrations, configurations, data, databases, and code.
• Lead customer discovery and business-process discussions and translate findings into actionable solution requirements.
• Design, prototype, test, and debug applications, integrations, reports, scripts, and multi-tier technical solutions.
• Provide advanced technical consultation for hirify.global products, including Ethos, Banner, and hirify.global Experience.
• Coordinate cross-functional resolution, mentor consultants, and improve technical documentation and troubleshooting practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in application development, technical consulting, production support, integrations, or related work.
• Strong experience with React, Node, JavaScript, REST APIs, API testing, authentication, payload validation, and error diagnosis.
• Experience troubleshooting inbound and outbound integrations across multiple systems and application layers.
• Experience with Git, SQL, relational databases, and disciplined testing and change-management practices.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI and AI-assisted development tools, including validating outputs and protecting customer information.
• Strong consulting, customer management, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• PostgreSQL or Oracle PL/SQL experience.
• GraphQL experience.
• Experience with help desk, incident-management, ticketing, workflow, or business process management systems.
• Familiarity with MCP servers, tool calling, agentic workflows, retrieval and grounding, and prompt or context design.
