Senior Technical Solutions Manager

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid role with expected attendance at the London office 1–2 days per week; the position supports the EMEA region.

What you will do

• Lead complex investigations across campaign creation, targeting, delivery, pacing, auctions, reporting, measurement, account access, APIs, integrations, funding, and third-party reporting.
• Advise advertisers and partners on implementation, measurement, troubleshooting, and platform usage.
• Manage urgent and revenue-impacting escalations end to end, coordinating Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and external technology providers.
• Use logs, data, APIs, event payloads, developer tools, documentation, and reproducible test cases to identify root causes.
• Turn recurring technical issues and regional friction points into product feedback, runbooks, documentation, enablement, tooling, and automation.
• Support feature testing and launches, refine AI-enabled support workflows, shape EMEA Technical Solutions operations, and participate in a senior on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical solutions, solutions engineering, ad technology, digital advertising, measurement, integrations, or a related customer-facing technical role.
• Deep knowledge of digital advertising ecosystems, including campaign setup, targeting, delivery, pacing, bidding or auction dynamics, reporting, attribution, measurement, and advertiser troubleshooting.
• Strong mobile app advertising expertise, including app event instrumentation, SDK and MMP configuration, attribution flows, SKAN, and app campaign diagnostics.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and technical integrations, including API documentation, endpoint testing, request and response payloads, authentication, and permissions.
• Experience with logs, data analysis, developer tools, reproducible test cases, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, feeds, and XML.
• Excellent communication skills, independent decision-making, cross-functional influence, prioritization of customer and revenue impact, and a BA/BS degree.
