Technical Implementation Consultant

What you will do

• Implement and configure software solutions based on client business requirements.
• Track deployment tasks, action items, deadlines, and outstanding customer issues.
• Manage multiple implementation projects at different stages.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and support teams to resolve technical issues.
• Advise clients on best practices and train users.
• Monitor customer communication and provide timely follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in support, IT helpdesk, or a related area.
• Good understanding of server systems, networking, database scripts, queries, or PL/SQL.
• Understanding of software development and quality assurance practices.
• English is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience troubleshooting RESTful API services.
• Knowledge of DevOps and QA practices.
• Experience hosting IIS and Tomcat applications.
• Understanding of Microsoft Windows architecture and network connectivity troubleshooting.
