Consulting Field Solutions Architect (Cyber Resilience - Public Sector)

Location: Remote or onsite in Atlanta, Austin, Baltimore, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Orlando, Philadelphia, Raleigh, or Washington, D.C., United States

Annual base salary: $171,500–$257,600 USD, with potential incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Create technical walkthroughs, deep dives, qualification guides, and other field-facing content for cyber resilience solutions.
• Lead enablement projects, webinars, events, and presentations for internal teams, alliance partners, channel partners, and vendors.
• Support customer calls, demonstrations, proofs of concept, executive briefings, strategy sessions, and post-sales solution activities.
• Influence the solutions roadmap through field testing, product feedback, competitive analysis, and collaboration with Solutions Architects and Product Management.
• Enable account teams and field leaders to qualify, position, and advance cyber resilience opportunities.
• Partner with Sales and SE leaders and collaborate across go-to-market and corporate functions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of pre-sales experience in information technology.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, including servers, networking, and storage.
• Deep technical expertise in cyber resilience, including the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, governance, risk and compliance, data protection products, SIEM, XDR, SOAR, and IAM.
• Experience with public sector customers is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication, technical problem-solving, complex engineering design, and customer strategy skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory and to other locations in the United States and abroad.

Nice to have

• ISC2 SSCP or CISSP certification.
• Experience with Salesforce.com, Google Workspace, CRM, and opportunity management systems.
• Publications or an established social media presence.
